Останавливался в этой квартире менее чем на сутки, с 5-ти вечера до 12-ночи (ждал поезда).

В квартире действительно хороший, свежДалееий ремонт, быстрый интернет.

Теперь о минусах:

1. бумаги в туалете не было. Сын хозяйки (он принес ключи, т.к. хозяйка не смогла) начал говорить: посмотри там, потом там. Бумаги не было. Говорю: "Принесите, пожалуйста". Ответ: А может вы будуте выходить куда-то и сами купите?"

2. Горячая вода с перебоями (колонка работает ненормально, постоянно тухнет пламя). Ответ сына хозяйки: "Это такой газ. Мы тут не причем."

3. Чистота. Квартира с новым ремонтом, НО МОЮТ ЕЁ после постояльцев ПЛОХО!!! Или не моют вообще!

Например: раковина в ванной была грязной, стол грязный (жирные пятна, об которые испачкал зарядку телефона), что-то липкое на столе с прилипшими волосами.

Перед выездом позвонил хозяйке, рассказал о замечаниях и попросил о компенсации в размере 50 грн, т.к. квартира не соответствовала цене и ожиданиям. Хозяйка скала, что вернет.

Пришел сын (и привел с собой еще какого-то парня) и начал рассказывать, что все в квартире хорошо и чисто, а если и грязно, то мы просто не успеваем, и что постояльцы тоже не нехорошие люди, вот недавно телевизор из apartments украли, и вообще эта квартира сдается по 250 грн, а мы и так вам по 200грн (цена на сайте была 200 грн в любой день),  и т.д. и т.п....

Вообщем несет всякий бред, вместо того чтобы сказать: извините, да у нас немного грязно, но мы все исправим, приезжайте к нам ещё.

Вместо 50 грн, вернул 30 грн.

Вывод: если вам наплевать на чистоту - жить можно, если нет, то проверяйте все перед тем как оплачивать проживание или ищите другие варианты.

отличная квартира и хозяйка) расположение удобное,  цена приемлемая,  даже более чем) всегда чисто,  интернет&nbДалееsp; работает хорошо, всё соответствует действительности!!!!
