Дом стоит на второй линии от шумной Соборной, поэтому квартира тихая. Рядом пешеходная зона с множеством кафе и ресторанов. В пешей доступности находится фонтан РОШЕН.
Квартира просторная, комнаты раздельные, ванная комната 9 м2. Есть WI-FI, кондиционер, спальные места 2+2+1, ортопедический матрас, 2 плазменных телевизора, спутниковое ТВ, холодильник, СВЧ-печь, стиральная машина-автомат, фен, утюг+доска, эл. чайник, вентилятор, вся посуда.
Отопление-индивидуальное.
Предоставляются постели, полотенца,вся посуда, туал. бумага, жидкое мыло.
Рядом-сквер им. Козицкого, парк им. Горького, облрада, ТРЦ "Sky park", "Сельпо", платная автостоянка.
Командировочным выписываем документы (ФОП 3 группа).

Цена зависит от кол-ва проживающих, срока аренды и дня недели. При себе необходимо иметь документ, удостоверяющий Вашу личность.
