Жили на этой квартире почти 2 недели.Как на меня то квартира хорошая. Бельё было чистое,телевизора два,wi-fi работает.Чистота где то на 4,и хозяин кваДалеертиры вовремя поселил . По цене не дорого .А если Александр вам всё пришлось не по вкусу ,то есть apartments стоимость которых начинается от 300 и выше.

Адрес не совпадает с указанным. Реальное расположение apartments - на окраине города. И владелец до последнего момента утверждает, что квартира в центреДалее. А по приезду в город оказывается, что эта квартира занята почему-то, но есть точно такая же на окраине. Обман.. Соответствие фото абсолютное. Квартира именно так и выглядит. За исключение того, что там годами никто не убирается, всюду пыль, мусор, грязное постельное. Сначала пришлось выносить мусор, подметать, стирать постельное, потом только пользоваться. Паутина, пауки повсюду. Владелец ужасно непунктуален. Заставил ждать почти час после договоренного заранее времени. Лифт по карточкам. Выдал карточку на 100 поездок. Реально оказалось на 4. Ходили пешком. Этаж не помню. В районе 8-го. Интернет заявленный отсутствует. Вернее модем есть, но владелец его не оплачивает и ссылается на якобы неисправность наших телефонов и ноутбука. Экран телевизора на скотче держится. В прихожей свет не выключается - сломан выключатель. Дверь одна не закрывалась. Пришлось самостоятельно ремонтировать петли. Ещё много чего можно писать. Даже то, что владелец не приехал принимать квартиру и через полчаса опоздания предложил оставить ключи под ковриком. Общее впечатление скрашивает очень низкая стоимость apartments и действительное соответствие указанной на сайте цене. До этого много владельцев квартир после звонка объявляли, что реальная цена в 2-3 раза выше. И если бы не низкая цена, то общая оценка была бы "Ужасно". А так - просто "Плохо". Не рекомендую!
