Maximum for 4 guests.<br /> - 2-4-bed standard rooms (bed linen, shared kitchen, toilets, shower (hot water from a boiler), Wi-Fi, TV on site).<br /><br /><br /> In the yard there is a barbecue for common use, a garden, 3 landscaped terraces with tables. The yard is locked with a code lock. Quiet, calm, shady street. Nearby there are supermarkets (&quot;Silpo&quot;, &quot;ATB&quot;), shops, morning collective farm market, cafes, restaurants, a canteen, pizzerias, pharmacies, banks, beauty salons, a railway station, a bus station, a bus stop in the direction of Kosa/Verkhovaya/all sanatoriums/water park/dolphinarium/zoo. To the sea and Primorskaya square - 8-10 minutes walk.<br /><br /> The room is cleaned before check-in, common areas - every day. All rooms are rented out turnkey. Cash payment upon check-in.
