DarinaCenter, newly renovated, Wi-FiTrip time: 2026 AugustМи орендували квартиру на дві доби для трьох осіб, Під час телефонної розмови власник назвав мені вартість 2900 грн за добу. Загальна сума склала 5800 грн. Хоча це оголошення я бачила із зазначеною вартістю 750 грн за одну особу.
Власник не пояснив мені причину такої ціни та не повідомив заздалегідь, чому вона суттєво відрізняється від вартості, зазначеної в оголошенні, з чого складалася ця сума та чи були передбачені додаткові платежі за інших гостей.
Крім питання ціни, після заселення я виявила, що фактичний стан квартири значно гірший, ніж можна було очікувати за фотографіями. Зокрема:
духовка не працює;
морозильна камера не працює;
диван продавлений;
постіль має пошкодження;
штори мають дірки;
загальний стан квартири не відповідає тому враженню, яке створюють фотографії в оголошенні.
