Очень понравилась квартира. Находится в самом центре, метро пару минут. Сама квартира чистая, светлая, как заявлено в объявлении. Недочетов не было, вДалеесе лампочки работают, постельное хорошее, санузел чистый, окна выходят во двор,  что не маловажно, тихо! Кухня маленькая, но комфортная, есть мини-плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, все работает!! Мы остались довольны!

Когда позвонили Эдуарду, дал телефон Анастасии, которая занимается этой квартирой. Особа оказалась совершенно не приветливая, при встрече даже не поздДалееоровались и ходила с кислым лицом.
Квартира уютная, выглядит современно, работал кондиционер, чайник, бойлер.
Однако на этом плюсы кончаются.
Начнем с того, что не было лампочек в светильниках над кроватью (которые так красуются на фото), окна зачем-то были обклеены газетами до половины, выдран один карниз и не работал телевизор. Это всё мелочи, но в квартире было объективно грязно. Ванна разбита внутри, на умывальнике слой жира + в подарок шли волосы прошлых жильцов (они были и на подоконниках, в шкафу, на полу, на кровати), в холодильнике воняло так, будто там кто-то умер, постельное бельё тоже воняло сыростью и грязью. На все вопросы и претензии Настя отвечала с неохотой или откровенным игнором.
Сама квартира хорошая, но ею совсем не занимаются, подумайте дважды перед тем, как заселяться сюда.
