Квартира точно такая же, как на фото. Чисто. Очень теплая, так как попали на резкое похолодание, смогли оценить этот плюс!)
Есть все необходДалееимое! Владелец очень приятный! Заселил нас раньше положенного времени, при этом не взял дополнительной платы. Все четко, быстро, безопасно.
Расположение максимально удобное, 2 минуты до площади Независимости.
Балкон выходит во двор, никакого шума.
