В квартире отличный ремонт, кафель, ламинат, бойлер, бронедверь, кодовый замок, есть вся необходимая мебель, большая удобная двуспальная кровать.
В распоряжении: телевизор, безлимитный интернет (WiFi), стиральная машина-автомат, кондиционер, холодильник, микроволновая печь, электрочайник, фен, утюг, обогреватель, есть вся необходимая посуда, всегда чистые постельные и банные принадлежности.
Рядом находятся: ул.Крещатик, Европейская площадь, Бесарабская площадь, Михайловский собор, Софиевский собор, Мариинский парк, торгово-развлекательный центр «Глобус», круглосуточный супермаркет, парковка во дворе или недалеко есть платная.

Будьте готові залишитися на вулиці, це найгірші і найхамовиті люди у яких я  бронював житло, 3 рази попереджав, що приїду з дитиною, що все Далеев сіилі? і за годину до заселення, нам повідомили, що в цю квартиру вони заселили когось іншого, і можуть нам запропонувати десь, хтозна-де житло. (ну просто, мабуть, хтось на більше днів забронював, от вони їм і здали), їм плювати на вас, важливо тільки гроші. Ми залишились на вулиці з дитиною, пів дня потратили, щоб знайти щось день в день, знайшли, але за космічну суму. До того ж телефоном хамлять, і так розмовляють грубо. Не раджу нікому, є купа квартир, не знімайте в цих людей. Всім удачі. тільки не цим людям.
