Предлагаю в аренду на любой период свою 1-комнатную квартиру по адресу ул. Олевская 5,
в ЖК "Сосновый Бор", рядом метро «Академгородок».
В квартире хороший ремонт, санузел совместный, из комнаты выход на балкон. Всего 3 спальных места (большая двуспальная кровать и просторная односпальная кровать). Есть вся необходимая техника и мебель.
В распоряжении: безлимитный интернет (Wi-Fi), телевизор (100 кабельных каналов), холодильник, микроволновая печь, электрочайник, утюг, фен, бойлер, обогреватель, вентилятор, всегда чистые постельные и банные принадлежности, есть вся необходимая посуда.
Рядом шикарный парк и сосновый лес, круглосуточные магазины, парковка прямо возле дома.
Цена аренды от 700грн за сутки, от 100грн за час, скидки для длительного проживания. Поселение круглосуточно! При необходимости предоставляются отчетные документы.
