Здаю подобово свою 2-х кімнатну квартиру в новому будинку на 23 поверсі (після ремонту). Інтернет Wi Fi. Простора, сучасна, меблі, велике 2-х спальне ліжко, великий м'який куточок, кухня, холодильник, 2 великих телевізори, СВЧ, пральна автомат, електрочайник, праска з дошкою для прасування, посуд, засоби гігієни, лазневі приналежності, бездоганно чиста, випрасувана постільна білизна і все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Квартира дуже чиста і по домашньому затишна. Чудовий панорамний вид. У будинку чисте, доглянуте парадне, є консьєрж, три ліфти, підземний паркінг, магазин продуктів, аптека, перукарня, солярій, стоматологія. Поруч супермаркет Білла, овочевий ринок. Дуже зручна транспортна розв'язка (кінцева зупинка маршруток). (Квартира не здається для днів народження та галасливих компаній). При заселенні обов'язкова наявність паспорта і депозитна заставна сума.

Просторная квартира, простенькая, но очень чистая, хозяйка отзывчивая, вежливая и просто приятная женщина. Пунктуальная. Соответствие цена-качество&nbДалееsp; идеальное. Большой балкон, красивый вид с окна спальни, уютно. Рекомендую.
