Обходите стороной эту квартиру и владельца.
У него не одна квартира во Львове!
За квартирой не ухаживает!
Фото, что сбросил владелецДалее кардинально отличается от реальных условий!!! Заблаговременно предупредили, что едем смотреть квартиру, но этот человек опоздал на 50 минут и не извинился даже! Почитав потом отзывы других обманутых людей поняли, что он ко всем опаздывает на 1-2 часа (видимо тактика такая, чтоб люди с дороги уставшие соглашались на то, что есть)!
Квартира была сфотографирована после ремонта, но по факту убитая, обдертая, в туалет и ванную страшно заходить - вонь и грибок! В комнатах мебель с пятнами, ковер никогда не пылесосили, тапочки б/у (грязные), постель не первой свежести, стены в пятнах, двери подертые, табуретки со времен СССР, мыло разбавлено водой, Wi Fi не работает!!! Противно было находится в этой квартире, спали в одежде для своей же безопасности!
