The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the Opera House and the railway station. The apartment is renovated, new furniture. Hot water 24 hours a day. There are all the necessary appliances. Clean bed linen and towels. Internet Wi-Fi.
Near the house there are shops, cafes, a circus, St. George's Cathedral. The parking lot is 150 meters away.
Check-in time is 13.00, check-out time is 11.00. Or by agreement. Early check-in and late check-out are extra charges. The price for 1 day is from 800 UAH, plus 100 UAH on weekends. The price varies depending on the number of people. On holidays, prices are negotiated. In case of no-show or a change in the number of days of stay, the subscription and funds for the days not lived are not returned.

Странно что нет отзывов. остановились втроем женя. я и ребенок 2 годика. квартира соответствует фото. без посторонних запахов. удобная большая кроватьДалее, помещались там втроем. диван не очень удобный когда разложен и там было пятно... так все работает, есть инет, до центра минут 7-10 пешком... просторная хорошая квартира, но очень хорошо слышно соседей, особенно когда укладываешь ребенка днем... ночью в принципе никто не мешал... цена соответствует заявленной... а не как в некоторых в два раза выше .... в общем все хорошо, могу рекомендовать смело....
