Зупинялися у цій квартирі на 1 добу 19-го січня.Тепла,світла,затишна квартира у самому центрі міста.До самої квартири претензій майже немає(з одноДалеего боку ліжко скрипить і є запах сирості у ванній,але це дрібниці),а от до хазяйки є.Під час попереднього дзвінка з приводу броні і вартості було сказано,що ціни на сайті актуальні(290грн),чоловік ще перепитав,чи 290,на що хазяйка відповіла,що так!!!Коли ж ми з дитиною приїхали заселятися,нам була озвучена інша сума,а саме 400грн!Хазяйка ж на наші претензії відповіла,що таких цін на квартири в центрі давно немає,що вона просто не може зайти на сайт і там змінити вартість,що вона не могла нам озвучити суму 290грн і сказала цікаву фразу:«Ви що,записували на диктофон? ».Зійшлися ми таки на 350грн і залишилися там,але якби це був інший сезон,а не зима,то ми б просто розвернулися і знайшли іншу квартиру.Тож будьте уважні з даною власницею і записуйте розмови з нею на диктофон,щоб не було потім таких проблем!

Замечательная квартира! Всё чисто, аккуратно, комфортно. В самом центре города, что облегчает жизнь как путешествующим (все достопримечательности Далеерядом), так и командировочным. Недалеко от дома кафе, продуктовые магазины, остановки транспорта, такси.
Останавливалась проездом, но захотелось остаться жить в этой квартире :)
