Сдам свою квартиру посуточно. Центр города, 15 минут пешком до ж/д вокзала, Привоза, пляжа Ланжерон и Дерибасовской. Тихий исторический дворик. Все удобства, свой вход, бронированная дверь, нормальный ремонт, Wi-Fi, отопление АОГВ.
Пожалуйста все вопросы задавайте по телефону, сообщения в интернете проверяю редко.

Квартира расположена действительно удобно, недалеко от центра и относительно недалеко от моря. Хозяйка приветливая. Стиральной машины нет, но мы отдавДалееали стирать белье хозяйке, которая живет прямо над этой квартирой, без проблем. Кондиционера нет, но за счет того, что квартира в полуподвале, в ней прохладнее чем на улице (летом), ощущения комфортные.
Единственный минус на момент проживания это продавленный матрац. Пружины давили в бок или спину.
В целом и общем неплохо, но на мой взгляд дороговато (750грн/сут, август 2017), хотя по всей Одессе цены были не ниже.
