Кухня: кухонні меблі, посуд, електрочайник, газова плита, мікрохвильовка, холодильник. Санвузол суміщений, облицьований плиткою. Душова кабіна, автономне тепло-водопостачання. Металопластикові вікна. Вікна квартири виходять в тихий двір. Броньовані двері.

Квартира хорошая, уютная, тенистая (в самые жаркие дни в квартире прохлада), четверо взрослых разместились с удобством. До моря идти минут 15 Далеепрогулочным шагом, пляжи не очень людные, вода чистая. Транспортная развязка отличная, маршрутки ходят часто (до центра, вокзала, привоза и Аркадии ехать пару остановок), двор действительно тихий, не страшно оставлять машину. Рядом есть маркеты, кафешки, цветочный магазин и даже китайский ресторанчик с очень вкусной кухней, недалеко от apartments красивейший парк, также есть Макдоналдс. В квартире есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска, стиральная машинка, кондиционер, кабельное телефидение, интернет, балкон. Кровать и диван удобные, кухонька аккуратная, постоянно своя горячая вода.
Хозяйка прекрасная, спасибо ей за всё, мы прекрасно провели время!
