Цена зависит от количества проживающих и сроков аренды. При себе иметь паспорт. Аренда квартир с 21 лет, при себе иметь паспорт. При поселений иногородних гостей (1-2 суток, если больше, то возможен вариант без залога, все оговаривается), паспорт + залог сумма в размере 1200грн за ключи обязательно! Залог за ключи при выезде возвращается. Для командировочных гостей условия залога оговариваются индивидуально. Для пьянок, гулянок, вечеринок квартира не сдается.
