3. Все компоненты в апартаментах исправны.
4. Постельные принадлежности и полотенца новые и всегда чистые. Стираются Persil (гель).
5. Собственный высокоскоростной wi-fi (роутер в квартире).
6. Новый ортопедический матрас.
7. На кухне всегда есть соль, перец, чай, сахар и салфетки.
8. Новая посуда (Luminarc).
9. Круглосуточно горячая вода.
10. Мы работаем официально и платим налоги. Для командировочных предоставляем отчетную документацию (3 группа для юр. и физ. лиц).

Однокомнатная квартира расположена в историческом центре города, возле смотровой площадки с замечательным видом на монастырь и Подол. Через дорогу находится Солнечный парк и огромная современная детская площадка. Квартира хорошо подходит для туристов и гостей города, поскольку рядом находятся все достопримечательности Полтавы.

Отчетная документация за проживание для командировочных(3 группа). Система скидок.
