На території за додаткову плату є сауна на дровах та стародавній чан. В ціну входить проживання, рибалка, альтанка, мангал. Платні чан, сауна і дрова. Садиба це відпочинок для гурманів, які поважають мальовничу природу Карпат, джерельну воду і душевний спокій. Краще гір можуть бути тільки гори. Любіть Карпати. Додаткове спальне місце вартує 1000 гр.
