Nearby there are 2 shops where you can buy groceries. In the yard there is a summer swimming pool, table tennis, sun loungers, two gazebos with a fireplace, swings. There is also a place to park cars. There is wi-fi throughout the house. It is possible to cook your own food, as well as order food. The price has been reduced during martial law in Ukraine. The minimum cost of housing per day for 9 people is 2250 UAH. 300 meters from the mini-cottage there is a freely accessible playground where children can play and adults can study
