01.04 була домовленість зняти квартиру на 1 добу, зустріла мене прибиральниця, в квартирі були відчинені вікна, на перший погляд гарна чиста квартира.Далее Я квартиру прийняла, ввечері 21 30, коли повернулася селити своїх гостей, зайшовши в квартиру ми виявили різкий неприємний запах сигарет. Так як в одної з гостей астма, та і взагалі здоровій людині в такому приміщенні знаходитися бридко, неприємно та шкідливо для здоров'я. Гостей ми змушені були переселити в готель. Зв'язалися з власницею і попросили повернути кошти за не якісно надані послуги. На що дана особа дала негативну відповідь. Гроші ми оплатили, в квартирі ніхто не жив, гроші нам не повернули. Сервіс!
