Rules:
Parties, celebrations and other events are prohibited (except for New Year).
The apartment is not rented to persons under 18 years of age without parental accompaniment (so don’t waste your time).
Accommodation with pets is discussed additionally.
If neighbors complain about noise, we reserve the right to early eviction. In this case, the money for the rental period and the security deposit are not returned.
A security deposit is paid upon check-in (refundable upon check-out).
A passport or driver's license is required.


Reservation of an apartment is made by prepayment.
The amount is the payment per day (in some cases it may be adjusted depending on the period of stay).
The reservation becomes effective after receiving the advance payment.
Once we receive your advance payment, we turn away other potential clients.
