Предлагаю вашему вниманию посуточную аренду 2-х комнатной apartments с современным ремонтом. Дом находится в середине микрорайона Вишенка, рядом парк, озеро, кафе, пиццерии, ресторан, супермаркет, продуктовый рынок, почтовое отделение, ТРЦ "Мир".
Кухня совмещена с гостиной, есть барная стойка, обеденный столик на 4 персоны, телевизор и большой мягкий уголок, который трансформируется в спальное место для 2-х гостей. В спальне евро-кровать и два массивных кресла для отдыха. Вся необходимая бытовая техника, всегда горячая вода, чистые постельные комплекты, полотенца и посуда. Есть кабельное ТВ и беспроводной интернет.
Квартира не сдаётся для коллективных празднований (девичники, мальчишники, Дни Рождения и т.п.)!
НАЛИЧИЕ ПАСПОРТА ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО!
Предоставляю документы, квитанции.
Поселение с детьми до 7 лет только по предварительной договорённости.
Указанная стоимость может повышаться в выходные и праздничные дни.
Все вопросы, касающиеся бронирования квартир, решаются в телефонном режиме. Звонки принимаются с 9.30 до 21.30, ежедневно Леся или Олег.

Отличная квартира, чистая, уютная. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Огромное спасибо хозяйке! Единственная просьба, оставлять не большое количДалееество чая и сахара (в спешке забыли купить). Рекомендую!
