The apartment has all the amenities: air conditioning, underfloor heating, fresh repairs, hot water, autonomous heating, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, 2 TVs, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and utensils necessary for cooking!<br /><br /> The rooms are separate. The first room is equipped with: 1 double bed 180 cm wide with an orthopedic mattress, 1 fold-out sofa, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a TV with cable TV and green flowerpots. The second room includes: 2 beds with orthopedic mattresses 90 cm wide, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a TV with cable TV.<br /> Upon arrival, we provide 2 towels for each guest (large and small) and fresh bed linen.<br /> The apartment is part of a one-story private house, located 5 minutes walk from the thermal pool &quot;Zakarpattya&quot;, 3 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes from the pool &quot;Zhavoronok&quot;.
