В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання (приємно, що були враховані навіть такі дрібниці як паперові рушнички на кухні, освіжувач поДалеевітря у вбиральні). Є два столики в кімнатах, якщо треба працювати. Гарненький ремонт в квартирі. З вікна дуже гарний вид на захід сонця на озеро! ???? Приємний та любʼязний сервіс. Будинок новий. Привітні сусіди)
Поруч біля будинку автомати з питною водою, недалеко АТБ, магазинчики з побутовою хімією, канцтоварами, фруктами-овочами, дуже достойна піцерія-кафе ШоШо, зупинка громадського транспорту. Знайдеться місце, де ставити машину (у дворі або під балконом з іншого боку).
Єдине, що нам не пощастило, що два дні з 5-ти нашого перебування припало на рекорди спеки у Чернівцях (найбільша Т повітря за 70 років, було під 40 градусів), а так як в квартирі немає кондиціонеру, то після обіду, коли було ну дуже тяжко працювати((.

Як висновок, сміливо можу рекомендувати житло для комфортного перебування!
