Люксом це важко назвати. Єдиний плюс цього помешкання це розташування. Ліжко не зручне, постіль потерта. Батареї ледь теплі, бо колонка виставлена на Далеемінімум. Імпровізований душ в туалеті де не надто чисто і відсутній туалетний папір. Видно що господар економить на всьому. Але найбільше вразила кухня, такого трешу я давно не бачив, все брудне засмальцоване. Навіть сірників немає щоб включити плиту, потрібно користуватися старими запальничками без газу щоб добути іскру... 2024 рік надворі, але квартира безнадійно залишилась в 1990х. Не рекомендую.
