Spacious and cozy apartment near Beketova metro station and Pushkinskaya metro station.
Three separate rooms, including: 2 bedrooms and one living room. Two double beds, two double sofas and one armchair-bed. Two balconies.
There is a TV in EVERY room. Bed linen and towels are made only from natural materials.
Good Wi-Fi. Lots of dishes. Hairdryer, electric kettle, microwave oven, iron + ironing board, etc.
Rules of residence:
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Events are strictly prohibited.
Upon moving in, a deposit is taken, which will be returned in full if there is no damage to property, stains on upholstered furniture and compliance with the above rules of residence.
