У зв'язку з великою кількістю відряджень мушу багато їздити по країні і жити у різних квартирах/готелях. ЗУстрічаються хороші квартири, бувають віДалеедверто брудні та погані, але відгуки хочеться лишати лише якщо критично добре або критично погано.
У випадку з цією квартирою все дуже й дуже добре. Зупинявся у ній в цьому році, в минулому році зупинявся у квартирі цього ж власника, сподобалося. Але та, інша була зайнята, а кредит довіри великий, то ж зупинився тут. Квартира супер. Через дорогу стометрівка. У квартирі чисто, затишно, прибрано. Чиста постіль, нове кухонне обладнання, всьо як має бути.
Господар йде всіляко на поступки в плані заселення і інших поточних питаннях, відношення супер.
Одним словом, якщо ви бажаєте суперово зупинитися десь у Франику- не варто шукати інших варіантів.

Відпочивали з 5 по 10 січня 2015 року, квартира дуже сподобалась: сучасний дизайн, дуже тепло та комфортно, навіть при -20 на вулиці, підлога з підігрДалееівом, чудове розташування, в самому центрі міста.  Господар--толерантна людина, проблем з заселенням не виникло. Рекомендуємо цю квартиру! Наступного разу зупинимося тільки тут!
