НЕ рекомендую иметь дело, по факту квартира очень грязная, если хотите спать в грязной постели, на грязных скрипучих матрасах, в квартире где на полу Далееволосы и грязь от предыдущих проживающих, засаленные ручки дверные к которым противно дотронуться, душевая не мыта месяцами, вонь! В мусорном ведре вам оставят окурки  от предыдущих постояльцев и сама хозяйка в глаза врёт, что убрано а в объявлении презентует квартиру как чистую - не верьте! Мы с детьми туда заселялись, предупредили что едем издалека на 10 суток, но были поселены в неподобающие условия для проживания и вынуждены были  ночевать! Аванс нам она не вернула! Обходите её стороной и читайте отзывы, чтобы не попасть в неприятную ситуацию. Очень жалею что не успела сделать фото и выложить как доказательство моих слов.

Квартира была чистая, было предоставлено  чистое белье. Все моется и убирается. Люди заплатили за три дн�Show, меня известили о том ,что они выезжают в 13.00 ,за этот день я деньги не вернула, за следующий вернула. Могу предоставить квитанцию. Эти квартиранты долго искали квартиру в нашем городе. за 10 дней проживания поменяли несколько квартир и все их не устраивало.
