Мебель и оборудование: двухспальная кровать, диван-кровать, постельное белье и полотенца, два встроенных зеркальных шкафа, кондиционер,  телевизор (подключен к кабельному ТВ), ДВД-плейер, утюг и гладильная доска.
Кухонное оборудование: холодильник, СВЧ-печь, газовая поверхность с электроподжигом, вытяжка, вся необходимая посуда, кухонный стол и стулья, газовая колонка, электрочайник,.
Ванная комната: Дизайн ванны выполнен в ретро-стиле. Большая угловая ванная с душем, фен, туалет, умывальник с большим встроенным зеркалом.
Телефония и Интернет: В квартиру проведен кабельный интернет. Wi-Fi Интернет (безлимитный).  
Возле apartments находятся: банкомат, автостоянка, супермаркет, рестораны.
