A separate private building renovated in 2018 is located in the central part of the city, a 5-minute walk from the Philharmonic bus stop, 5 minutes from the clothing market and 10 minutes from Chekman Park. The rooms of the house are separate, isolated. The heating system is provided by a double-circuit boiler, in non-residential premises (toilet, bathroom, corridor, kitchen) there are heated floors; in the rooms - radiators. The house is insulated, so it is warm in winter and cool in summer. For a comfortable stay of visitors, in one room there are a folding corner sofa and a "Baby" sofa; in the second room - 2 single beds (in the photo they are pushed together into a double bed) and a folding soft armchair, that is, 5 separate sleeping places (with the possibility of accommodating up to 7 people). Each room has a TV with a built-in digital tuner and Smart TV function. We always have clean linen and a set of towels (2 pcs.) for each guest. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is supplied with the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils. If necessary, there is a barbecue and skewers.
The cost of accommodation depends on the number of people and the rental period:
The cost of accommodation for up to 4 people is 899 UAH + 150 UAH for each additional person. In addition, accommodation with animals is possible, but the cost of accommodation is negotiated additionally.
