Комнаты раздельные, санузел смежный, есть большая двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, всего 4 спальных мест (2+2+). Сделан качественный ремонт, кафель, ламинат, есть бронедверь, домофон, в подъезде видеонаблюдение.
В распоряжении: безлимитный интернет (Wi-Fi ), телевизор (100 каналов), холодильник, СВЧ, стиральная машина-автомат, бойлер, электрочайник, фен, утюг, кондиционер, обогреватель, всегда чистые постельные и банные принадлежности, есть вся необходимая посуда.
Рядом находятся: Дворец Украина, торгово-развлекательный комплекс OCEAN PLAZA, Владимирский рынок, Центральный Автовокзал, в 10 минутах езды Выставочный Центр ВДНХ. Недалеко платная парковка.
Цена аренды: от 800грн за сутки, от 100грн за час, без комиссионных. При необходимости, предоставляем отчетные документы.

Квартира очень грязная! Вообще не убирают после людей и по слою грязи и на кухне и в ванной и в комнатах, вообще не убирали несколько лет!
ЗаявДалееляют что возможно проживать 6 чел! Диван поломан и раскладываясь проваливается!
В таком гадюшнике, ещё ни разу не останавливалась!

Администрация!!! Следите за порядком в своей работе!!! Люди не свиньи, останавливаться в таком жилье!!!
