! During power outages the building continues to operate elevators, water supply, heating, and internet (with your own power bank). The apartment stays very warm.

The apartment is EXCLUSIVELY for quiet stays for a couple or a family with children.

Parties, gatherings, guests, alcohol, noise, and escort services in the apartment are strictly PROHIBITED;

Security and video surveillance on the floor;

In case of violation — rental will be terminated without refund.

Prices are higher on weekends. Discounts available for stays of 20–30 days or longer.

Booking and check-in require prepayment to a registered private entrepreneur (FOP) account.

Passport required before booking.

No cats or dogs allowed.

Security deposit: 1500 UAH.

Check-in: 14:00–15:00 (earlier upon request), check-out 11:00.

Living room with a sofa bed, sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, small kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Air conditioner, electric stove, built-in microwave, washing machine, extractor hood, Wi-Fi, smart TV, 100 L boiler, electric kettle, iron, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dishes.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX:
The complex consists of three buildings with a large closed courtyard. Each entrance has security, magnetic key access, and video surveillance.
The inner courtyard (currently still under improvement) includes a large children’s playground, outdoor fitness area with exercise equipment, and relaxation zones.
There are cafés located in the building.
