Parties, gatherings, guests, alcohol, noise, and escort services in the apartment are strictly PROHIBITED;
Security and video surveillance on the floor;
Prices are higher on weekends. No cats or dogs allowed.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX:
The complex consists of three buildings with a large closed courtyard. Each entrance has security, magnetic key access, and video surveillance.
The inner courtyard (currently still under improvement) includes a large children’s playground, outdoor fitness area with exercise equipment, and relaxation zones.
There are cafés located in the building.
