   Євроремонт, кахель, ламінат, металопластикові вікна, броньовані двері, нові меблі, є велике двоспальне ліжко (всього 4 спальних місця).
   У розпорядженні: пральна машина-автомат, телевізор (100 кабельних каналів), безлімітний інтернет (WiFi), холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, електрочайник, кавоварка, кондиціонер, обігрівач, фен, праска, весь необхідний посуд, завжди чиста постільна білизна та лазневі приналежності. Під охороною парковка у дворі.
   Поруч знаходяться: Маріїнський парк, площа Слави, Києво-Печерська лавра, Верховна Рада України, готель «Салют», кінотеатр «Зоряний», клуб «Кристал-Хол», цілодобовий супермаркет.
   Ціна оренди: 700 грн за добу, 100 грн за годину, діє система знижок. Без комісійних. Надаємо звітні документи. Поселення цілодобово!

Квартира не соответствует фото, которое было сделано видимо лет 5 назад. Вся мебель старая, кухня грязная, все в ужасном состоянии! В квартире запах сДалееигаретного дыма, а в ванной бегают тараканы! Хозяева все это игнорируют! Эта квартира-деньги на ветер, которые вам еще и те же хозяева откажутся возвращать!

грязь,вонь,ужасное состояние мебели и apartments.Видимо,только потравили тараканов,поэтому еще и запах отравы.Получили отравление,пришлось обращаться в Далеебольницу.Ко всему этому плюс еще хамское отношение хозяев.На вопрос,почему нет нужного количества спальных мест(заявлено2+1);ответили:"Лето.спите на полу" Никому не рекомендую,и сами больше связываться не будем.
