"Колишній чиншовий будинок — частина "пасажу Феллерів" вирізняється пишністю архітектурних форм, скульптурного декору та інтер'єрів. Спроєктований Артуром Шлеєном та перебудований Фердинандом Каслером. Ймовірний автор скульптур — Петро Війтович.  Фасад увінчаний алегоричними фігурами.
