В каждой секции есть: кондиционер, спутниковое телевидение, 2 плазменных телевизора, скоростной Wi-Fi, сейф, усилитель GSM сигнала, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, холодильник, духовой шкаф, варочная поверхность, кухонные принадлежности, постельное белье.
Есть не большой двор с видом на море, отдельная зона барбекю со всеми принадлежностями (два мангала, шампура, решетка, разделочный стол)

Шезлонги и пляжные зонтики предоставляются бесплатно.

Также в вашем распоряжении большой бассейн прямо на пляже и освежающий летний душ.

Расположение:
Охраняемая территория кооператива (район Совиньон-3) находится под круглосуточным видеонаблюдением по всему периметру. Большой песчаный пляж - это основное преимущество кооператива, он не забит людьми, как основные городские пляжи! Ведь большинство одесситов не знают о его существовании. Море без волнореза, поэтому вода циркулирует и не застаивается, что очень важно в летний период для морского отдыха.

На пляже есть две детские площадки, уютный ресторан с черноморским меню и приемлемыми ценами, кафе, прокат досок для плавания (SUP-серфинг).

Рядом есть небольшой продуктовый магазин. До ближайшего полноценного супермаркета «Таврия В» 5 минут на авто.
Автостоянка возле дома, также под видеонаблюдением.
