За два дні до дати заселення зідзвонювалась з хазяйкою, домовились про дату та час заселення за адресою вул. Преображенська, 17. В день заселення заздДалееалегідь зателефонувала про плановий час прибуття за адресою, на що отримала відповідь, що квартиру, про яку домовились, продовжили  оренду інші постояльці, натомість  мені запропонували цю.
Правда фото на сайті далеко не відповідають фактичному стану і розміру квартири. В кухні навіть мікрохвильовка відсутня, є газова плита, але завбачливо закрита рушничком))
При попередній домовленості було надано інформацію, що офіційні документи про проживання надаються (на сайті, доречі вказано що даний власник надає такі документи). Пофакту виявилось,. що за вказані документи я повинна сплатити 15% від суми проживання. Ще й для отримання іх я  повинна кудись підійти...
Враження винятково негативні, не рекомендую зв'язуватись з даною власницею.

Созванивался с хозяйкой 5 июня.
Договорились об этой квартире.
Приехали 23 июня в 5 утра,  в 12 должно было быть заселение.
Далее> В 10 утра хозяйка этой придуманной apartments говорит что гость продлевает житьё, а нас отправила на другую квартиру.
Качество жилья в 10 раз хуже, сломанный душ, телевизор не работает, из кухни только чайник и микроволновка, квартира вместо 30 кВ метров, где то 6-7 за которую мы отдали 700 за одну ночь.
Так как ехали сутки, были очень уставшие, решили остаться здесь.
Думали что нам просто не повезло, и попросили знакомого договориться за квартиру которая указана в этом объявление, и чудо женщина хозяйка заявила что она свободна, будто ни в чем не бывало.
Категорически не рекомендую даже связываться с этой женщиной.
