Это худший опыт проживания за всё время!
Указали один адрес, по приезду оказалось — адрес другой. Никто даже не потрудился предупредить заранее!Далее Пришлось тратить свои деньги на такси, чтобы ехать ещё дальше — просто возмутительно.

Когда мы наконец добрались до места, стало ясно, что это не отель, а какая-то антисанитарная ловушка. Полы грязные, в душе вода стояла — слив забит. Туалет работает через раз. Полотенца — в таком состоянии, будто ими мыли полы. Серьёзно, стыдно такое вообще выдавать гостям.

Это абсолютное неуважение к людям. Такое чувство, что персонал вообще не считает нужным поддерживать хоть какие-то стандарты. Больше сюда ни ногой и никому не советую.

По перше ми не називаємо себе як готель.А
по друге Вы не бронювали, а самі приїхали за адресою, а так як там Show�уло зайнято, вам запропонували інший варіант,. І як що там було Вам так все погано - треба було хоча б сказати, Вас переселили б І прийняли міри, щоб Вам було комфортно. Вибачте за незручності, але в інших випадках хочаб скажіть-ми завжди реагуєм на всі зауваження
