Доступ до пляжу мають лише мешканці житлового масиву Совіньйон, тому вони не завантажені на відміну від абсолютної більшості пляжів Одеси. Будинок 120 кв.м. дерев'яний зруб. 3 кімнати + кухня + душ та туалет. Кімнати на 1-му поверсі окрема, на 2-му поверсі одна окрема кімната та одна прохідна. Спальні місця 4-6 місць: двоспальне ліжко + диван на 1-му поверсі. На другому поверсі двоспальне ліжко + 2 напівтороспальні ліжка. Посуд, постільна білизна +рушники. Ел.чайник, мультиварка, холодильник. інтернет, пральна машинка "автомат", супутникове телебачення. Кондиціонер. пляж чистий з просіяним піском. до моря йти пішки 5-7 хв. На пляжі є душ з прісною водою. (Помити ніжки об ополоснутися від піску). Ціна: для 4-6 8-10 осiб 2500грн. за добу.
