2-кімнатна квартира + студія третя, + житлова лоджія четверта. Загальна площа 90 м2., квартира із паркінгом в Новій Аркадії. 14 поверх, 18 поверхового будинку. Загальна площа 90 м2. В разі тривоги, можна спуститися в паркінг. В квартирі автономні акумулятори які включаються автоматично при виключені світла, ( є додаткова плита і чайник для акумуляторів). Є також загальний ліфт для дому, який підключений до генератора дому, який включається при виключені світла, тому можна завжди піднятися і опуститися ліфтом. Квартира укомплектована: джакузі, чотири кондиціонера, спальних місць: 8 (2+2+2+2) кухня-студія 2 х спальний диван, спальня - двоспальне ліжко, кімната # 2 двоспальний диван, на лоджії двоспальний диван, простори ізольовані і є можливість, чотирьом гостям спати окремо в ізольованих просторах, (кімнатах), два холодильника, пральна машина автомат, сушильна машина автомат, три шафи для одягу, праска, дошка для прасування, постільна білизна, рушники, подушки, о діяла. Кухня: електро плита, духовка, скляний аэрогриль, (можна використовувати для підігріву їжі і для приготування їжі), мультиварка-пароварка, два чайника, тостер, міні гриль, блендер, каструлі, сковорідки, тарілки, ложки вилки, стакани, чашки і інші кухонні предмети. Привітальні. Чай, кава, цукор. Одноразові тапочки, шампунь, гель, мило.
Паркінг оплачується додатково. При запиті надаєм трансфер, для відряджених надаєм документи, працюємо офіційно із 2008 року, 3 група. При собі мати документи оформляєм договір. Із тваринами не поселяємо, палити у квартирі не можна.
