У квартирі дуже брудно, сильний стійкий запах тютюнового диму, який неможливо усунути провітрюванням. Постільна білизна хоч і виглядає випраною, але вДалееся в плямах, що викликає огиду.

Окремо хочемо звернути увагу на стан кухні: посуд брудний, стільниці липкі, а фасади кухонних шаф настільки забруднені, що до них неприємно торкатися.

Оголошення позиціонувало квартиру як «елітну», однак реальний стан житла — меблі, постіль, загальна чистота — не є житлои комфортного рівня. Це виглядає як свідоме введення в оману.

У таких умовах залишатися ми не можемо

поселилися, проплатили і прожили на цій квартирі тиждень часу з 2Show.05.25 по 01.06.25 Зараз перегляну записи телефонних розмов і долучу до цього повідомлення де ви мене шантажувати про повернення коштів день перед виїздом, бо в іншому випадку ви напишете відгук
