Здаю новий 3-х поверховий будинок. Вхід до будівлі обладнаний як сходинками, так і пандусом для інвалідного візка. В усіх апартаментах є ванни. Апартаменти: студія 2-3 місний, люкс 3 4 місний та супер люкс 4-5 місний. Відпочинкова кімната: сауна на 2-5 осіб, джакузі на 2 особи, ванна кімната, м'яка з обіднім столом, повністю обладнана кухня. Будинок знаходиться у центрі Трускавця на тихій затишній вулиці Помирецькій. Будинок обладнаний автономним опаленням, WI-FI покриттям, гаряча вода цілодобово. Від будинку 5-7 хвилин ходьби до нижнього бювету та 2-3 хвилини ходьби до клініки Козявкіна. У кожних апартаментах є балкон з видом на гори та Трускавець. У дворі є стоянка для автомобілів з відео контролем, альтанка з гойдалками. Ціна: 2-3 місний студія з кухнею 700 -1000грн., 3-4 місний люкс з кухнею 900-1200 грн та 4-5 місний супер люкс з кухнею 1100-1500грн. Додаткове місце – 300 гривень.
