Сдаю новый 3-х этажный дом. Вход в здание оборудован как ступеньками так и пандусом для инвалидной коляски. Во всех апартаментах установлены ванны. Апартаменты: студия 2-3 местный, люкс 3 4 местный и супер люкс 4-5 местный. Комната отдыха: сауна на 2-5 человек, джакузи на 2 человека, ванная комната, мягкая с обеденным столом, полностью оборудованная кухня. Дом находится в центре Трускавца на тихой уютной улице Помирецкая. Дом оборудован автономным отоплением, WI - FI покрытием, вода горячая круглосуточно. От дома 5-7 минут ходьбы до нижнего бювета и 2-3 минуты ходьбы до клиники Козявкина. В каждых апартаментах есть балкон с видом на горы и Трускавец. Во дворе есть стоянка для автомобилей с видео контролем, беседка с качелями. Цена: 2-3 местный студия с кухней 500-700 грн., 3-4 местный люкс с кухней 700 -900 грн и 4-5 местный супер люкс с кухней 800-1100 грн. Дополнительное место - 100 гривен.
