Предлагаю Вашему вниманию почасовую и посуточную аренду 1-комнатной apartments.
У нас чисто, уютно и комфортно. Квартира с современным ремонтом, кухня отделена от комнаты декоративной аркой. В комнате стандартная двуспальная кровать, односпальный диван, шкаф, обеденный стол на 3 персоны и телевизор. Есть необходимая бытовая техника. Всегда горячая вода, чистые постельные комплекты и полотенца. Балкон застеклен. В жаркую погоду спасет кондиционер. Кабельное ТВ и беспроводной Интернет.
Квартира не сдается для коллективных празднований (девичники, мальчишники, Дни Рождения и т.п.)!
НАЛИЧИЕ ПАСПОРТА - ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО! Предоставляю отчетные документы.
Поселение с детьми до 7 лет только по предварительной договоренности.
Указанная стоимость актуальна для одной пары гостей, также может повышаться в выходные и праздничные дни.
Все вопросы, касающиеся бронирования квартир, решаются в телефонном режиме. Звонки принимаются с 9.00 до 21.00, ежедневно Леся.

Квартира соответствует фото, но не стоит 300 грн (это цена за ХОРОШУЮ квартиру в Виннице). ПлоДалеехой телевизор, чайник с накипью, отсутствует раковина в ванной и зеркало только одно - в ванной же. Холодильник издаёт очень громкие звуки - я просыпалась ночью. Одеяла очень старые - мне повезло, что я жила одна и могла спать под всеми тремя, чтобы согреться. Обогреватель в 20 градусный мороз не предоставляется - нагреть помещение не представляется возможным. И я бы, может, с пониманием отнеслась к этим мелочам на фоне замечательной Винницы, если бы на выходе хозяин не начал на меня орать из-за того, что ему хочется обедать с семьёй, а не посуду тут за мной мыть. За 300 грн в сутки. *Может, я ещё должна была санузел почистить и пропылесосить? **с хозяйкой всё хорошо, но их двое, и мне "повезло" нарваться.
