При необходимости есть место для авто в подземном паркинге.

Квартира уютная, теплая, очень комфортная. Панорамный вид на город.

Две раздельные спальни, 2+2 спальных места (кровать+большой диван).

Есть вся необходимая мебель и техника: посудомоечная машина, стиральная, духовка, утюг, вся посуда, 2 кондиционера зима/лето. Большая гардеробная и шкаф в каждой спальне.
Кофемашина и очень вкусный кофе.

Дом находится на закрытой, охраняемой территории, видеонаблюдение. Есть подземный паркинг.

Очень удобное расположение дома, можно быстро добраться в любой район, 10 минут до ж/д вокзала, 15 минут до Аркадии, возле дома остановки маршруток, через дорогу 2 супермаркета. Рядом самый красивый парк Одессы - парк Марка Твена.
